I have been knitting this sweater and have done great till I got to the chart part of the pattern and now it is not coming out right. I am new with charts and did great with this up to the 5 decrease rows and then it went haywire from there. I think I just don’t understand the instructions from that point forward. Also the chart shows that the decrease is at the end of the 11 stitches in the right side row and at the beginning of the last 11 stitches in the same row. After the 5 decrease rows I understand that I need to decrease every right side row 14 times but these decreases are at the beginning and end of the row. And how do I treat the rows between the cables?

Thanks for any instruction you can give me.
