Hello folks, as you might remember, I designed this popular scarf for Lorna’s Laces new line of yarn – Pearl a while back ago. The challenge was to ONLY use 1 skein of the new Pearl yarn.

Lorna’s Laces has now given me the rights to sell the pattern on my Ravelry page.  It use to come in a little Oyster Kit, but they don’t make that anymore.  So now, it is for sale for only $4.50.

Check it out.  It is a real good 1 skein project.  A WHOLE lacey scarf using only 220 yards!

I just finished teaching 2 workshops about Helical Knitting organized by The Knit at Night Guild (KANG) at Park Avenue Yarns in League City, Texas.

I must say that I had a wonderful experience there.  At first, I was nervous…. I mean, I had taught this class a few times before, but never in a formal manner like this one.  But after the first few minutes, everyone really warmed up and I got comfortable and the classes went GREAT, in my opinion.

So I just wanted to post some pictures of the samples that I made for this class and give a shout out to KANG and Park Avenue Yarns for organizing and hosting the classes.
